If you become dissatisfied with your Dust Genie for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a prompt refund. The refund will be made in the same transactional form as the purchase, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Items returned within twelve (12) months of the purchase date due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same item, or an equivalent item if the orignial is no longer available. Refunds or replacement for items returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date for any other reason will be at the discretion of DustGenie.com and Synchronomy LLC. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but no additional charges will be incurred if an item is replaced due to a manufacturing defect.
