Hoover Portapower to Standard 1.25" Male Connector

This versatile adapter will enable you to use the Dust Genie on Hoover Portapower models that feature a slip-fit socket for connecting attachments.

It will also work with (i) Bosch, Sebo, Miele and other European vacuums that utilize a 35mm, slip-fit socket, (ii) other vacuums with a connector socket that accepts either a standard, male 1.25" connector or a 1.38"-1.40" OD male connector, and (iii) EuroPro and other handhelds that feature a 27mm-28mm OD male connector, which will fit inside the adapter's stepped end.

In addition, this adapter will allow you to use other 3rd party vacuum cleaner attachments that accept a standard, 1.25" male connector, and those attachments are generally far less expensive than their branded counterparts.
